Most people are striving for mental and emotional health. My purpose is to assist them in achieving mental and emotional welling being, using methods that teach clients how to heal and grow.
I provide caring, light-hearted, yet disciplined therapy that integrates cognitive behavioral techniques with my unique Life Skills Models. This distinctive approach teaches clients how to identify their difficulties and the steps they can take to reach emotional and mental health.

I attended Duquesne University earning a post graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. I am a Board Certified Psychologist, a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association.
After working 10 years as a counselor and psychotherapist in clinical and hospital settings, I established my private practice which has been ongoing for almost two decades. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in industry as an MBA turnaround specialist as well as a small business owner.
On call military consultant and Tricare provider, working with command, active service and reserve personnel concerning the unique stresses of combat and military life. Former assignments at Shaw Air Force base, Camp LeJeune, Ft. Campbell, and Ft. Wainwright.
Trained Probation and Parole officers on handling mental illness and addictions in the forensic population.
Developed counseling programs and taught therapeutic techniques to hospital based medical interns.
Designed and presented classes on behavioral health issues to high school students.
Taught representatives from the former Soviet Union, Great Britain, and Ireland on developing addiction treatment programs and training clinical personnel.
Instructor at Geneva College for over five years.
